SCULLING LADDER

Each Saturday morning, club scullers participate in a 7.5km race from Teddington Lock to Richmond Lock and back again to the finish line near Hammerton's Ferry. A handicap system sees the slowest rowers head off first and the speed merchants depart last. This allows for an exciting finish as several boats compete to cross the line first. The sculling ladder is an excellent way of testing yourself against other club members and honing your skills.
