Senior Women
This is a flagship squad for the most committed female rowers. Members of the senior women's squad receive the support of high quality coaching on the water and in the gym.
Whether you row for fun, fitness or to represent the club at Henley, there is a place for you in the Senior Women’s squad at Twickenham. We are one cohesive squad who support each other and accommodate various levels of training.
The squad is split into two levels of training, green or blue.
Green is for those aspiring to HWR and HRR and have a recommended programme of 8-10 sessions per week with some flexibility about where people do those sessions.
Blue is for those who want to train more occasionally and race locally. Sessions are on a sign-up basis, so you can do as much or as little training as you’d like and your rowing goals can work around your life.
