First Class of 2021 - Twickenham Learn to Row Update

After careful tutelage from Phil Bourginon and his team of volunteer coaches the seasons first Learn to Row graduates completed their respective courses this weekend in fitting style with a 500m race down the island before enjoying a well earned BBQ in fine weather on the hard. Such was the post lockdown interest in our Learn to Row programme it was decided to run two six week courses concurrently with a third course starting this week and a further fourth course due to commence in July.
The Learn to Row programme is an essential component of the Club's recruitment strategy and it was a pleasure to see so many new faces enjoying themselves on the water. Congratulations to all our graduates and we will watch with interest as they continue their development in the Novice Squad.
